I can find no transcribed census records for Mahnomen County, not even on the MNGenWebProject Archives page. So, I ordered a CD of the handwritten 1860 census for Mahnomen County from SK Publications. They charge by the number of pages in the collection, but the one I ordered is small and only cost $20.00. As soon as it arrives I'll begin transcribing!
